MY BOOKING
Who can make a booking?
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age, be legally capable of entering into a contract in accordance with our general rental conditions and must guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information. Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian.
How to benefit from special offers ?
To take advantage of the special offers, if you book on our secure site, the promotion will be automatically calculated subject to availability for any booking on the dates indicated on the campsite of your choice and a stay for the accommodation concerned by the promotion. If you book directly with our advisers, they will also apply this offer. The offers and promotions are not retroactive and can not be accumulated.
What payment methods do we accept ?
For bookings on our website: secure payment is made by Visa or Mastercard. The payment will be effective 5 working days after the validation of the reservation.
For paper bookings: payment can be made by postal cheque payable to Camping Club Le Marisol, by bank transfer for foreign accounts or by ANCV vacation vouchers.
It is necessary to enclose the duly completed booking contract which you will find in your brochure or by downloading it from the website in "Useful information" > "Booking agreement".
PAYMENT
How do I pay by credit card, check or bank transfer ?
It is necessary to attach the reservation contract that you will find in your brochure or by downloading it from the website in "Useful Information".
Do you offer installment payments?
Upon receipt of the deposit (30% of the total amount), you can spread the payment of your stay until the deadline for payment of the balance, that is to say 30 days before the beginning of your stay.
How do I proceed for a payment by vacation vouchers (ANCV) ?
If you have chosen partial or total payment of your booking by ANCV vacation vouchers, please send them by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, indicating the name with which you made the booking, to the following address: Camping Club Le Marisol, Boulevard de la plage, 66440 Torreilles, France.
When do I have to pay the balance of my booking ?
It is imperative that we receive the balance of your stay no later than 30 days before the beginning of your stay.
What do our rates include ?
Our rates include :
The provision of the accommodation concerned fully equipped as described on the website and the brochure.
The location for one car for each accommodation (unless otherwise stated).
Water, gas and electricity for the accommodations.
Water for the pitches.
The reception and the inventory of fixtures and fittings.
The services and entertainment of the campsite, except those with participation.
Our rates do not include :
Cancellation insurance: 2,9% of the price.
The file expenses of a lump sum of 49.50€uros.
Cleaning: 100€uros.
The paying activities proposed by the campsite (to be paid at the place of the activity).
The possible supplement for an animal.
The 2nd vehicle.
Deposits.
Optional services and equipment.
Visitors will have to pay a daily fee of a lump sum at the reception desk. In return, they will receive a bracelet that will allow them access to the campsite's facilities.
